RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer an exchange policy for helmets that are in new and unused condition. You must request a RMA authorization through info@feherhelmets.com. All labels, tags and stickers must be intact and unremoved. Customer is responsible for return shipping and we will pay for the new helmet being shipped out. Exchanges are subject to available inventory only. Note that we no longer have any XL or XXL sizes in any color way on the closeout models.

 

For refunds, same conditions apply on the return and are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Helmets that have been deemed to have been used or not intact with lables and tags will be returned to the customer. All helmets come with a 1 year warranty against manufacturer defects.
